La Ferme du Merle was built in 1816, it is situated on a quiet side road close to the centre of the Savoyard village of Manigod and has stunning views of the beautiful Manigod valley.
It is 7 minutes by car from the world renowned ski area of La Clusaz and there is a ski-bus that stops almost at the front door.
The interior of the old farm has been totally renovated to a high standard, it is very well equipped and there is a wood burner fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms (3 of which are en suite) with a large lounge, dining room and kitchen.
